Free CPR Training

Scottish Fire and Rescue Service working in partnership with Lucky2BHere are offering free Emergency Life Support training sessions for the community.

CPR stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It combines chest compressions and rescue breaths to give a person the best chance of survival following a cardiac arrest.

These sessions are open to all and aim to provide essential life-saving skills.
There a two seesions locally, being held in Beauly and Dingwall in September. 
A great opportunity to gain a new skill which in turn may help save lives.
